All jewelry is handcrafted by Christine in her studio. She takes pride in her craftsmanship and wants you to love wearing your jewelry. If you have any questions about your order or about the pieces on the website, please contact her and she'll get back to you within 24hrs.
All one of a kind items ship within 1 - 2 business days. Because each made to order piece of jewelry is hand fabricated when your ordered is received, Christine cannot guarantee exact ship dates. She typically gives a 2 week shipping window due to fabrication time, but this can increase during holidays. If you have a time sensitive request, please contact her prior to purchase and she'll do everything she can to accommodate your needs.

US SHIPPING (WITH TRACKING)

At this time, Christine only ships UPS within the continental US. She is unable to ship with UPS to P.O. boxes, an A.P.O. or F.P.O. address, U.S. territories via UPS. Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays. Please note Christine is not responsible for shipping delays once it is in the carriers possession.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
With the increased cost of shipping and EU regulations, Christine currently only offers shipping to Canada via USPS. However, please feel free to contact her for shipping quote if you live outside of North America. Include your full shipping address for fastest service.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
By selecting Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout and paying a small fee based on 2% of your total order, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you will receive a replacement order or be fully reimbursed if a replacement is not available as in the case of a one of kind piece.
If your package has been marked "delivered", yet you have not received it, please wait at least 3 days, but no longer than 15 days, after delivery confirmation to file a claim.
To file a claim, contact Christine at info@christinemighion.com with your Order ID, contact info, and a description of the problem, and she'll get back to you within 1 - 2 business days. However, if you declined Navidium Shipping Protection, and your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier.
