Because each piece of jewelry is handmade to order, we cannot guarantee exact ship dates. We like to give a 1 – 2 week shipping window. Please contact us if you have a time sensitive request, and we would be happy to work with your needs. If there is an unforeseen delay in shipping we will contact you immediately via email with the expected shipment date.

We currently accept payment through Paypal and the following credit cards:  MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover

Order Changes
If you wish to modify or cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please email us. If your piece of jewelry has already shipped, please follow the returns procedure as indicated in our returns policy.

Order Verification
You will receive an email confirmation of your order once it has been placed and then a second email confirming shipment of your order. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your delivery. If you have any questions about your order please feel free to contact us.

Sales tax
All orders that ship within Indiana are subject to a 7% sales tax.

International Orders
We currently do not handle international orders online. Please contact us if you would like to place an order. All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned for credit.
